Sue is a qualified Town Planner with over 30 years experience at executive levels in local government and private practice (planning, organisational and procedural review). She is a Corporate Member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI UK) and a Certified Practicing Planner (CPP). Together with David Ryan, Sue joined City Plan Services in 2008 as Executive Director of Planning. She offers extensive experience and expertise in strategic and statutory planning, due diligence and strategic development advice, the management and assessment of major developments and expert evidence in Court matters.
