Bill Manages the City Plan office offering expertise in all facets of development and building consultant advice, authority approval advice certification and fire safety engineering. Bill is widely experienced in building surveying and environmental assessment. He has worked for country and city councils, most recently for Hornsby and North Sydney. He has particular experience in the preparation and presentation of expert evidence to local courts and the Land and Environment Court.
