Brendan is Managing Director of City Plan Services and leads the building regulation team, which offers experience and expertise in all facets of regulatory control. He has accreditation under the PIA NSW scheme to the highest level allowing him to provide certification on all classes of buildings. Brendan's professional associations have included State representative of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors on the Energy Efficiency Task Force and the Approvals (Planning and Building) Reform Committee.
