Established in 2000, our office in Gosford led by Bill Nettleton provides advice on planning and building with specialist advice on environmental planning issues. The office services a wide region taking in the Central Coast from Brisbane Waters to Newcastle and west across to the Hunter Valley. The Gosford team draws on the full range of expertise available within City Plan's three offices and works on projects of all sizes and complexities from small residential extensions to major industrial, residential, commercial, institutional, tourism and retail developments. A special focus is on sustainability and environmental planning having regard to bushfire controls, threatened species controls, energy and water efficiency.
